Brazilian Glow Refreshing Purple Cabbage and Acerola Juice by Teadora

Brazilians have enjoyed the benefits of vitamin C-rich Acerola for ages. Ingredients:

·      4 purple cabbage leaves (284g)

·      2 packs of Acerola pulp (200g) – you can find acerola pulp at the frozen section of fine health food store such as Whole Foods Market. Amazon.com or a Brazilian Ethnic market near you.

·      750ml of water

·      2 tablespoons of Agave Nectar, grade B maple syrup, coconut sugar, stevia or any other healthy sweetener of your choice

In a juicer or blender:

 

Add the cabbage leaves, the Acerola pulp and water. Blend well, add 2 tablespoons of your favorite sweetener and enjoy!
