Benefits of Buriti Oil

The vitamin E content helps protect the skin from the appearance of aging as well as the effects of stress, thus engaging an effective anti-aging benefit that is complimented by the firming benefit from the oil’s essential fatty acids. Vitamin E also works with vitamin C to be a strong antioxidant and protect the skin against UV rays, by absorbing a portion of the UV spectrum. This also allows the oil to eliminate free radicals, which contribute to skin damage and aging. Finally, the oil is a wonderful emollient that deeply moisturizes the skin. It has a higher content of Vitamin E than Argan oil, which makes it more rejuvenating than Argan oil.

Buriti oil is just as beneficial for your hair! Brazilian natives have used the oil to moisturize and promote shiny hair for centuries, and it’s been proven to be the most effective treatment for glossier, healthier hair. Its vitamins help protect the hair from the damage caused by UV rays as well, so it’s great to use during the summertime or for vacationing in sunny climates.
