The Teadora Nourishing Body Polish can be used on wet or dry skin. I found that the polish is fine-grained and not too rough. The consistency of the scrub is like a clay mask. When I looked at the ingredients I discovered that it has Amazonian Clay in it which is known to draw out impurities and is non-abrasive as it polishes the skin. I think the little grit you do feel is the ground Açaí seeds which makes you feel like you are getting some scrubbing in.
I’m a pretty aggressive scrubber for most parts of my body except my face, neck and chest, and like a good sized grain to feel the scrub, but this did the trick. It is labeled as a polish instead of a scrub which makes sense that it has a more refined feel to it!
