We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
We use Shopify's Verification System and therefore you can feel comfortable that your information and purchases are pre-screened to avoid fraud.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. We do not ship over the weekend or on holidays, therefore any orders received after 12PM PST on Friday, will not be processed until the following Monday and may therefore take up to 72 hours for processing.
Where are Teadora's products manufactured?
All of our products are currently manufactured in the United States.
Are Teadora products organic?
We want our products to be as organic and as natural as they can be while still being extremely effective.
This means that, while all of the ingredients that we source sustainably from the Amazon are 100% organic, our finished products range from the most organic (100% organic Toning and Exfoliating Bars) to least organic (Shampoos & Conditioners).
We use no harsh chemicals, and all of our products are vegan, cruelty-free, and contain no sulfates, phthalates, parabens, silicone, gluten, or synthetic fragrances, so you can feel good, inside and out.
I have sensitive skin. Which products can I use?
Because our products are made with no synthetic fragrances or harsh chemicals, we have had many customers with sensitive skin use our products successfully.
