Returns & Exchanges
For all returns please contact our Customer Care at 801-877-5584 within 30 days from your purchase.
- We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. We will offer an exchange or credit.
- If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Care immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for online store credit or a credit refund.
- There is a NO RETURNS policy for any products that are purchased during periods when heavy discounting of 25% plus applies to the orders.
- Call 801-877-5584 to start your return.
- Indicate the reason for your return.
- Tell the Customer Service agent if you want a return for store credit or refund.
- You may return items using your preferred carrier U.S. Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. You must pay return shipping.
